    is there some way to disable those custom sounds? Hate this crap!

    you can delete them, but if you join a server with them, they'll download again unless you turn downloads off

    Hey, I did exactly all as you said in the topic and I post "quote" about it so that you can see what's wrong. It's only an example.

    What name do I need to give it? For example funsounds.pk3? Does that work?

    So is it ok and everything's cool? How do I add my own wav sounds? Where do I need to put the wav sounds? Somewhere into my Wolfenstein Enemy Territory folder?

    the sound files go in a pk3 file, the directory structure must match what you call... so inside your pk3 file best option is to add a sounds directory or whatever you're planning on. The pk3 MUST have a name that starts after p, so q_soundpak.pk3 or something as such soundpak.pk3 would work as s comes after p as well. the pk3 then goes in your etmain folder
